Into practice
Otherways Education has access to a team of educationalists to support different school functions. They are all experienced and well established educationalists who can deliver consultancy and training to support the vision.
Supporting and Assessing the Tracking and Target Setting (SATTS) of pupils
At Otherways Education we have developed an easy to use system of assessing the process of target setting and tracking pupil progress using national guidelines of expected progress for pupils in Key Stages 1 & 2 and also for pupils with Special Educational Needs in Key Stages 1,2,3,4 and 5.
The Tracking discs will readily support the requirements of the new Ofsted Framework (Jan 2012) giving the school evidence as to how well pupils are doing, as well as giving quick analysis of minority groups compared to the general school population.
Do look further at this section for more details.
Lesson Observation Tracker (LOT)
At Otherways Education we have developed an easy to use system to track the quality of lessons being delivered, enabling quick and easy analysis of strengths and areas for further development across the teaching staff at a school. The Lesson Observation Tracker will readily support the requirements of the new Ofsted Framework (Jan 2012) giving the school evidence as to how well it is doing. The programme also supports Performance Management of staff, analysis by subject, year group, class group – and also elements of a lesson. Do look further at this section for more details.
Please look at the consultancy and training that we are presently offering and also the opportunities of support we are offering through our range of products to support school management teams.
Otherways Education is striving to be as paper-free as possible, without detracting from the quality of the courses and information on offer.
