Trevor Howe
Trevor has over thirty years experience in education. This has been primarily in special schools for pupils with challenging behaviours. Trevor was Head Teacher in three schools prior to becoming a Senior Adviser for a large shire county for five years.
Trevor is on the National Steering Group for Team-Teach, as well as being a Senior Tutor.
Trevor was a Special School Improvement Partner and is experienced in supporting both mainstream and special schools in management areas. Now that School Improvement Partners have ceased to exist, Trevor is filling the void with support, advice and challenge to schools. He is also an experienced trainer who supports school staff with behaviour management, assessment, Team-Teach, target setting, OFSTED preparation as well as training newly qualified staff and support staff.
Trevor has an Advanced Diploma in Special Educational Needs as well as a Masters Degree in Management and Administration in Education.
